First thing you'll want to have when entering sweeps and contests is an email address just for entering your online games. You really don't want your personal email box overflowing with newsletters, notifications. "thanks for entering", "Your entry was received" and verification emails. While these are not spam, most contests and sweeps state in the Rules that by entering you are agreeing to opt-in to their mailing list. So, get a free email address at yahoo, gmail or any of dozens of free services and use that email to enter with.

Filling forms out can get really boring and time consuming. After typing in all your info five times your brain is already screaming "screw this!" and you're thinking there has GOT to be an easier way. Well, there is! Windows users can get Roboform and Mac users can get 1Password. These nifty little programs will fill out those pesky forms for you with a single mouseclick. And best of all, they're free! (There are other free formfillers as well, such as the one built in to the Google Toolbar).
